LEAH NOSAL is an undergraduate student at the University of Toronto, currently majoring in both International Relations and Political Science. She also holds a diploma of French Immersion from the University of Quebec. Recipient of the Bloor Lands Admission Scholarship, Leah’s academic interests include comparative politics and international and regional governance. Upon graduation, she plans to pursue public policy or international law within Canada’s Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade.

In addition to working with the Global Ideas Institute, Leah has worked as a compliance analyst for the G8 Research Group at the Munk School of Global Affairs. She has also worked as a research assistant for U of T’s Department of Political Science, with respect to Canadian politics. Leah was a news editor for the online and print edition of the Policy Exchange last year, and has also been involved with organizations such as the International Relations Society and Invisible Children.
